Good afternoon Blogger Friends. It's been a full weekend of sickness for me. Two whole days of headaches, yesterday throwing up and today I am back with a headache. Really don't think it's my sinus's, but not really sure what is wrong with the ole girl. HASo, Monday morning weigh in was 271 lbs, which means no changes. Not that I'm really surprised. I didn't bring my lunch at all last week and worked late almost every night to catch up on some things and well, bad habits again. Today is a fresh start and I will try harder this week. My doctor is going to get on me if I keep this up though.
I do have lots to update everyone on. Really I do and will try to update my blog this week. Have a great Monday.

I had the walking pneumonia for ten weeks dear and lots and lots of tea , anti biotics were feeding it I do believe so I used my grands old remedy honey , whiskey and lemon in hot tea . that I do believe is what cured me . But I woke up with a migraine this am and took meds to end the migraine .
But still not gone Im hoping it leaves soon .I hope you feel better soon .
