No changes which I see as a huge accomplishment after spending Thanksgiving in Florida with family. I did get a lot of walking in, so maybe I just walked off the extra calories. However, I really did try to be a little good. Even taking a good walk after Thanksgiving dinner. So, I'm still at 178.5lb. I head back to the doctor tomorrow and hope that she understands what has been going on with me and the meds. Please keep The Boy in your prayers today. He is going to court for a speeding ticket and driving without proof of insurance. It's his first ticket and since has been driving like a grandpa through town. Not so funny, he actually was pulled over because the officer thought he was skipping school at the local High School he was passing. The officer was shocked to find that The Boy was actually 20 years old and when he didn't have his proof of insurance wrote him a ticket for speeding. Even though he was the middle car in a long line of cars. So, was he speeding, yes, going about 10 over. Therefore, he was breaking the law (along with 10 or so other cars) and therefore got the ticket.
Also, keep my Mama in your prayers. She will be having a 2nd knee replacement on the same knee on December 13th. Please pray for peace in the midst of the Christmas season and that she be able to rest assured that this surgery will work. Also, pray for my Daddy as he cares for her and the puppies and work too. He is a wonderful nurse to my Mama and cares for her better than anyone. But I'm sure he wears himself out in doing so. Please pray for rest for him.
Hope ya'll had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I have tons of pictures to share of our trip to Florida. I wish I could have stayed about another year. HA!
Have a great day and until next time...have a blessed week.
